KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (the successful candidate will be measured on performing the below job tasks)

  1. Handle effectively day-to-day administration of electrical/mechanical trade works under management direction. 
  2. Liaise and communicate with field staff to ensure effective day-to-day service delivery of electrical/mechanical trade works.
  3. Carefully and accurately prepare for approval (and action) daily invoicing for all jobs.
  4. Apply busines specific IT programs on a daily basis to meet operational requirements for service delivery of electrical/mechanical works. 
  5. Handle daily customer enquires including general quoting, schedule of works and meeting customer service requirements. 
  6. Ad hoc duties as directed by the Managing Director, General Manager or delegate.   

SELECTION CRITERIA (candidates MUST address the below in their application)

  • Experience or ability to acquire knowledge to administer technical information on electrical/mechanical trade works.
  • Administrative and support management experience. 
  • Solid computing skills including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Demonstrated excellent organisational skills within the workplace. 
  • Superior customer service handling skills. 
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
